Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Full Stack Engineer to join our growing development team. This role is ideal for a developer with at least two years of experience who is passionate about building robust web applications and collaborating across departments to create scalable, user-centric solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

You will develop, test, and maintain web-based applications using Django and JavaScript frameworksYou will design and implement new product features and enhancementsYou will debug and resolve issues across the full stackYou will Assist in organizing and documenting requirements from business stakeholdersYou will participate in code reviews, design discussions, and development planningYou collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Admin, Support) to refine feature requirementsYou build and maintain ETL pipelines and data transformations for Power BI reportingYou develop integrations with external systems (e.g., ERP, email, data APIs)

Qualifications

Qualifications & Skills:

2+ years of experience with Django and Python for backend development2+ years of experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (preferably Vue.js)Proficiency with relational databases, particularly PostgreSQLFamiliarity with RESTful API development and integrationExperience with cloud platforms such as AWS or AzureSolid understanding of full-stack architecture and deploymentExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailStrong ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectivelyExcellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Experience:

Experience designing and maintaining ETL pipelinesExposure to business intelligence tools such as Power BIKnowledge of ERP system integrations
