Entering this domain positions you at the heart of IBM, where growth and innovation thrive. **Your role and responsibilities** As a member of Front-end Experience’s Enablement team, you will provide support and enablement for delivering complex, cross-product UI features across portfolio of products. You’ll work closely with engineers and designers across the company to leverage your experience and expertise in building accessible, delightful, and maintainable UIs. What you’ll do (responsibilities): • Collaborate with product designers and engineers to support the delivery of new features or refactors in our UIs • Drive adoption of the Helios design system across our products. • Identify and act on opportunities to leave our product UIs better than you found them • Regularly adapt to new products and areas of focus as priorities shift and new initiatives emerge • Support effective project handoff through written communication and documentation **Required technical and professional expertise** • 3+ years of software engineering experience. • Proficiency in JavaScript is necessary.
