Job Title: Software Developer
Role Overview
An experienced Software Developer is needed to provide first-level support and development for internal merchandising and content platform applications. This role focuses on building monitoring tools, resolving software issues, and enhancing system performance using languages like Perl, C/C++, and Java. The developer will also collaborate cross-functionally to support large-scale backend projects and contribute to automation and system documentation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

This is a backend-focused role based in Vancouver, BC, Canada. Developers work in a collaborative team structure that follows two-week sprints, regular planning cycles, and daily standups. The environment is dynamic and fast-moving, ideal for professionals who thrive on problem-solving and owning features end to end. The position requires on-site presence five days per week, with potential for contract extension depending on business needs.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $60.00/hr.
