About the Role

As part of the NetSuite Application Manage Tax team, you’ll contribute to building high-quality, scalable solutions that support global tax functionality—including tax calculation, compliance and localization.

We don’t believe quality is something you test in at the end—it’s something you build from the start. That’s why our engineers, whether focused on development or QA responsibilities, are deeply involved in every stage of the software lifecycle: specification, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. We work closely with product managers, designers, support and security engineers in an agile environment to deliver robust and impactful features.

On our team, you’ll do more than write code or test cases. You’ll develop a strong understanding of the domain, engage in meaningful discussions about design and trade-offs and shape the direction of the product. Our stack includes Java, Oracle DB, JavaScript, TypeScript, and React and we embrace clean code, test automation, continuous integration and pair programming as part of our day-to-day.

You’ll be part of an international team based in Prague, Brno, India and Philippines. We’re collaborative, quality-driven and committed to helping each other grow. While our domain may sound straightforward, the complexity of tax logic, customer variability and the depth of our legacy systems offer plenty of technical challenges and room to innovate.

If you’re passionate about building well-engineered solutions, improving processes and preventing problems before they happen, we’d love to hear from you.
