For This Role, You Will Need: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent 5+ years of software development experience Strong object-oriented analysis, design, programming, and debugging skills Proficiency in C# (.NET, WPF, MVVM) and/or C++ (MFC) Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle, Agile, and Scrum Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart: Experience with asset reliability, device management, and machinery health monitoring (including instrumentation and vibration analysis) Familiarity with CI/CD tools and version control (e.g., TeamCity, Azure DevOps, Git, TFS) Proficiency in UML diagrams (e.g., class, sequence, activity) for system design Strong understanding of software design patterns and architectural principles for scalable systems Experience optimizing software performance (UI responsiveness, memory usage, algorithmic efficiency) Interest in cybersecurity and secure coding practices, including familiarity with the Security Development Lifecycle (threat modeling, mitigation, and testing) Experience with AI technologies, such as Machine Learning, LLMs, or AI tools like GitHub Copilot Experience with modern web technologies or device drivers, particularly for cross-team collaborationOur Culture & Commitment to You:
