Job Duties: Design, develop, troubleshoot and/or test/QA software. As a member of the software engineering division, apply knowledge of software architecture to perform tasks associated with developing, debugging, or designing software applications or operating systems according to provided design specifications. Employer will accept a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical field and 5 years of experience in the job offered or in a Software Developer-related occupation. Position requires:

Java or C++; Data structures, algorithms, operating systems, and distributed systems fundamentals; Networking protocols including TCP/IP and, HTTP; Troubleshooting and performance tuning; Internet protocols and standards, including REST, SSL and HTTP; Databases, storage and distributed persistence; Developing services in a modern cloud IaaS provider including AWS; and Search and indexing technologies including Lucene.
