Job Duties: Design, develop, troubleshoot and/or test/QA software. As a member of the software engineering division, apply knowledge of software architecture to perform tasks associated with developing, debugging, or designing software applications or operating systems according to provided design specifications. Build enhancements within an existing software architecture and/or suggest improvements to the architecture. May telecommute. (385.30290)

 

Employer will accept a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field and 4 years of experience in the job offered or in a software developer-related occupation. Position requires:

Restful APIs and Jersey Rest Services; Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Maven; Web-based application development; Relational databases and NoSQL databases; Distributed systems; Kafka; Microservices with Spring Boot, Dropwizard, or Helidon; Cloud technologies including Docker, Terraform, streaming, key-value stores, and API gateways; Cloud providers such as OCI, AWS, Azure, or GCP; Distributed caching technologies; and Building solutions for cloud scale monitoring.
