Job Duties: Design, develop, troubleshoot and/or test/QA software. As a member of the software engineering division, apply knowledge of software architecture to perform tasks associated with developing, debugging, or designing software applications or operating systems according to provided design specifications. Employer will accept a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Security, or related technical field and 6 months of experience in the job offered or in a Software Developer-related occupation. Position requires:

Design and implementation of database management systems; Transaction processing (ACID, concurrency control); Query processing (joins, sorting, aggregation, optimization); Parallel computer architecture and programming; Design, implementation, and use of storage systems: individual storage devices, OS, database; Distributed systems: locking, concurrency, scheduling and communication across the network; Networking principles, and advanced real-world data networks; Compiler internals and optimization; Interaction and implementation of operating systems; System coding in C/C++, GO and Java; and High performance computing.
