🔧 What You’ll Be Doing: Designing and building scalable and resilient software systems within a modern analytics platform. Working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and refine new features. Optimising existing codebases for performance, scalability, and maintainability. Troubleshooting and resolving complex backend issues. Providing technical mentorship to junior engineers and promoting best practices. Exploring and integrating emerging technologies to drive innovation and efficiency. ✅ What We’re Looking For:

Must-Have:

A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or similar. Strong hands-on experience in backend software development. Proficiency in Python or Golang.

Nice to Have:

Experience with Apache Spark, Ray.io, or Daft (getdaft.io). Knowledge of FastAPI, Pandas, Polars, or other data tools. Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker Swarm, and GCP (Google Cloud Platform).
