CACI has an excellent opportunity for an experienced, self-directed,
Software Developer, Senior. This position is in support of the USAREUR-AF Mission Partner G26, located in Wiesbaden, Germany. This position is located OCONUS.
Responsibilities:
Writes, debugs, and tests code in different program languages (e.g., Java, Python)
Performs code developments, modifications, and customization on legacy and future applications
Develops, implements, operates, and maintains commercial and highly customized web applications built in .NET with related SQL databases, including customizations to the MP’s SharePoint instances
Functions as an expert working within Agile software development environments and developing code IAW user stories and requirements documents
Possesses and applies comprehensive knowledge using DevSecOps tools (e.g., Jira, Cameo, Git)
Ensures developed source code complies with DoD guidelines, DISA STIGs, IEEE 12207, and applicable system ATOs
Supports software application testing, validation, and troubleshooting
Creates, updates, and maintains O&M documentation
Supports O&M activities, including configuring and maintaining connectors, libraries, tasks for source data feeds, and exports to the CM database
Designs, develops, and implements unit and scenario testing for the existing code base and for new functionality under development
Develops complex software to satisfy design objectives
Develops high-level system design diagrams for program design, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation
Performs applications or systems programming on large-scale database management systems
Possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high-impact assignments
Possesses domain and expert technical knowledge
May supervise others
Qualifications:
Required:
Currently hold an adjudicated Secret Clearance and have the ability to maintain
BA/BS +8-12 years recent experience
Certification – 8140 - GCLD or GSEC or CSSLP
Demonstrates expert-level proficiency in multiple programming languages, particularly Java and Python, with proven ability to write, debug, and test complex code.
Possesses comprehensive knowledge of legacy and modern application development, including .NET and SQL databases, with specific expertise in SharePoint customization.
Functions as an Agile development expert, translating user stories into high-quality code while ensuring strict compliance with applicable guidelines and standards.
Exhibits mastery of DevSecOps tools such as Jira, Cameo, and Git.
Displays advanced skills in software testing, including design and implementation of unit and scenario tests for existing and new functionalities.
Shows aptitude for creating high-level system design diagrams and maintaining detailed operational documentation.
Demonstrates expertise in large-scale database management systems and troubleshooting activities.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
