A leading cloud-based financial technology team is seeking a results-driven, innovative Software Development Engineer to help create the next generation of distributed, scalable financial systems. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with big data, and excels at solving complex business problems in real time. This role involves designing and developing services that support global financial decisions involving billions of dollars annually.
Basic Qualifications
Programming experience with at least one modern language such as Java, C, or C#, including object-oriented design.
Internship or equivalent software development experience.
Preferred Qualifications
5+ years of professional (non-internship) software development experience.
Experience with distributed, multi-tiered systems, algorithms, and relational databases.
Experience in optimization mathematics such as linear and nonlinear programming.
Strong ability to articulate technical challenges and solutions.
Comfortable working with ambiguous or undefined problems and thinking abstractly.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $55.00/hr.
