Your mission, roles and responsibilities Overall responsibilities and duties :

Responsible for leading software development overall and assures the following

Compliance with customer development schedules and internal development schedulesSoftware development cost managementSoftware development progress management and quality managementEfficient management and resolution of issues and problems in software developmentCollaboration and coordination with other departments, not just the software development siteWork with customers regarding software development (schedule adjustments, requirements  adjustments, defect management, etc.)

Software development coordination (global)Collaboration with internal and external software development departmentsCoordinate and negotiate software development with customersSoftware development progress reportsSoftware development cost managementFurther the use of overseas R&D basesPush forward with the transfer of operations to overseas R&D basesOverall responsibilities and duties :

Responsible for leading software development overall and assures the following:

顧客開発日程遵守、及び社内開発日程遵守ソフトウェア開発コスト管理ソフトウェアの開発進捗管理、及び品質管理ソフトウェア開発における課題や問題の効率的な管理と解決ソフトウェア開発現場だけではなく、他部門との連携、調整ソフトウェア開発に関する顧客とのIF業務(日程調整、要件整理、不具合管理等)

Job Expectation(業務内容):

ソフトウェア開発取り纏め(グローバル)社内外のソフトウェア開発関係部署との連携ソフトウェア開発における顧客とのIF業務ソフトウェア開発進捗報告ソフトウェア開発コスト管理海外R&D拠点活用の推進海外R&D拠点への業務移管促進Your profile and competencies to succeed Internal and external communication

   - Collaboration with overseas R&D bases (China, India)

   - Collaboration with each function of Japanese R&D (SYS/HW/SW/Test&Validation)

   - Collaboration with project-related departments (PDL/PM/Plant)

Software development management

   - Software development progress management

   - Efficiently manage and resolve issues and problems related to software development



 

 

 

 

 

 

Technical :

The ideal candidate will have/be:

Experiences of ”Project Managements”, or focasted on “Software” zone

Minimum education level : 

Bachelor’s DegreeExperience : 

Automotive area : Over 5 years of experience in mass production development of in-vehicle information devices

Experience in coordinating with car manufacturersExperience in working with overseas R&D (China, India)Experience using Automotive SPICEProject management experienceSoftware defect analysisSoftware development experience (WANT)

Skills and competencies :
