We are looking for a Software Delivery & Performance Analyst to join the Integration team, which is responsible for the Software delivery of Mobileye algorithmic department, owning the CI process, including tools and test definition.
** This role offers the flexibility to work part-time from our other sites, subject to seat availability.What will your job look like:Monitor development and delivery KPIs across algorithm teams, ensuring alignment with ASPICE compliance requirements and internal SDLC processesAssess delivery rates, milestone progress, and execution quality, with attention to traceability, documentation, and adherence to engineering standardsIdentify and investigate inefficiencies or blockers in the development lifecycle, including gaps in process compliance or deviations from defined workflowsAnalyze trends and discrepancies across teams; synthesize actionable insights and escalate risks to leadership as neededMaintain and continuously improve dashboards that track team and project performance, with visibility into compliance with SDLC stages (e.g., requirements coverage, code reviews, testing, validation)Collaborate with the Data Analysis team to define metrics, improve visualizations, and ensure accurate reflection of delivery status and ASPICE-related checkpointsPropose new indicators or methods to better reflect department health and delivery velocityEscalate risks and deviations to relevant management levelsRecommend improvements in development processes, reporting frameworks, and tracking mechanismsCreate and deliver periodic summary reports for Algo and Engineering leadershipAll you need is:Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field5+ years of experience in software engineering, with exposure to program or release management processesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience with performance monitoring tools, dashboards (e.g., Grafana, Tableau, Power BI), or internal data visualization platformsAbility to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data analysts, project managers, and developersMobileye changes the way we drive, from preventing accidents to semi and fully autonomous vehicles.
