 What You will Do:

Establish a centralized repository for storing software contracts including an inventory of key divestiture clauses for each contractReview contracts to ensure all documentation is current and includes all amendments as applicableDevelop a comprehensive, documented process for reviewing software contracts during M&A activitiesEnsure compliance with legal and corporate policiesProvide training and support to the team on the retrieval and review process

What You Will Bring:

2–5 years of experience in contracts administration, legal operations, or procurement supportFamiliarity with software licensing agreements and SaaS contract termsProven experience in process designFamiliarity with M&A processes in the aerospace and defense industryStrong understanding of legal and compliance requirements for software contracts.Excellent project management skillsStrong communication and training abilities

Pay Range: $30.29/hour - $32.69/hour

Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure.

Work Requirements: This position is classified as Remote within the United States.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, 1 Year Project
