**Description** The Army Business Group has an opening for a **Software Configuration Management Specialist** to support the S3I located on **Redstone Arsenal, Alabama.** The **Software Configuration Management Specialist** will be responsible for but not limited to the following: + Create and maintain Configuration Management (CM) baselines for software applications, complex electronics firmware, and associated documentation and test artifacts + Help develop, implement, and maintain CM plans, policies, and procedures + Perform change control and audits of configured items + Analyze audit findings and report CM status for multiple projects + Proactively engage in tasks and demonstrate initiative + Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills + Maintain a high level of organization + Be an effective team player + Demonstrate the ability to work independently **Qualifications** **Required Education:** Bachelor's degree and five (5) years’ experience; additional four (4) years’ experience can be considered in lieu of degree. **Required Clearance:** Must possess an active Secret security clearance with the ability to maintain; US Citizenship required **Required Skills:** Configuration management experience throughout the full software lifecycle from analysis to verification.
