Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Software Architect with 14+ years of experience, including at least 4–6 years in software architecture and design. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java, JEE, Spring Boot, JPA/Hibernate, and RESTful services, with 7+ years of hands-on experience in the Healthcare domain. This role requires exceptional technical leadership, design thinking, and the ability to work across teams globally.

Key Responsibilities

Lead architectural design and development for large-scale enterprise solutions in the Healthcare domain.

Drive the technical roadmap, product strategy, and technology innovation.

Collaborate with stakeholders including business leads, project managers, and global development teams (onsite and offshore).

Design and build reusable frameworks and components.

Evaluate and recommend new tools, frameworks, and technologies.

Provide architectural guidance to multiple teams and ensure alignment with business and technical goals.

Conduct code and design reviews; enforce coding best practices.

Mentor and train team members; promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Engage with account teams to conceptualize new solutions and create technology roadmaps.

Solve complex technical challenges and provide guidance on performance tuning, scalability, and reliability.

Prepare and maintain architecture documentation and design standards.

Required Skills and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline (Master’s degree preferred).

10–15 years of overall software development experience.

Minimum 4–6 years in a Software Architecture role.

Expert-level knowledge and hands-on experience in:

Java, JEE

Spring Boot

JPA/Hibernate

RESTful web services

8+ years of experience leading software development teams.

Proven experience in designing scalable, secure enterprise applications.

Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), CI/CD, and Agile methodologies.

Experience in framework development and reusable component design.

Deep domain expertise in Healthcare (minimum 7+ years).

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Nice to Have

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).

Exposure to HL7, FHIR, or other healthcare interoperability standards.

Understanding of data privacy and regulatory standards (e.g., HIPAA).
