**Job Responsibilities:** **To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience** + 15+ years of hands-on software development experience. + Expertise in **C# .NET,** Basic Python, Oracle & Powershell. + Experience in backend development i.e. architecture design patterns, infrastructure, networking, availability, reliability, etc. + Experience in Prometheus **observability/Monitoring** Stack, PromQL, Grafana, **GO LANG** (optional) & developing RESTFul microservices using **AWS.** + Experience & firm knowledge of software design concepts and design patterns. + Experience in the system design and implementation of complex, multi-generation, SW products. + Experience with Agile methodology, Tools, and Practices. + Strong abstraction, analytical and problem-solving skills + Experience in object-oriented design and multi-threaded programming. + Working with multisite teams, Quality-conscious and process-oriented. + Excellent communication and collaborative skills with an ability to interact with Partners and geographically distributed teams. + A recognized bachelor or higher degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology, or related majors. 10 years + experience in similar technical leader and architect positions. + Stakeholder management: the ability to communicate vision and need and create buy-in; + Ability to discover customers' unmet/untold needs and turn them into technical backlogs and roadmaps. + Ability to shape direction as a change agent and deal with uncertainties. + Ability to discover and gather market opportunities, technical trends, and customer requirements and deliver innovative solutions, strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Ability to optimize cloud resources for performance and cost efficiency. + Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools in a cloud environment. **How we work together** We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
