What You’ll Do

As a Software Application Expert, you’ll play a key role in the end-to-end delivery of our digital health solutions. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their needs, configure and implement our applications, and ensure a seamless user experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

Acting as a client-facing technical expert and trusted advisorConfiguring and integrating software to meet customer specificationsDelivering training and ongoing support to usersCollaborating with internal teams to enhance product features based on client feedbackManaging project timelines, risks, and documentationTraveling to client sites (up to 80%) and participating in shift work as neededWhat You Bring

We’re looking for someone who combines technical know-how with exceptional communication skills and a passion for customer success.

Must-haves:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Medical/Hospital Informatics, or a related field1–3 years of experience with diagnostics laboratory informatics applicationsStrong understanding of laboratory workflows and systems (e.g., LIS, middleware, analyzer management, inventory systems)Hands-on experience with implementation, configuration, and supportProficiency in tools like MS Office, MS Project, or SmartSheet
