Job Description Technical Program Manager for softgoods including MR, AR, and/or new devices End-to-end coordination of softgoods engineering, design, and validation from product discovery through launch Lead collaboration with industrial design, engineering, creative, legal, product management, compliance and operations to realize the product vision Guide the team through ambiguous requirements definition, sourcing cross-functional inputs and influencing to find an optimized solution Drive the execution of the schedule and manage day to day activities of the program Present program updates to leadership, distilling key program information and highlighting risks and recommended mitigations Implement process improvements and best practices for the organization Collaborate closely with APAC suppliers for builds ~10% international and domestic travel We are a company committed to creating inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
