Overview (English) We’re excited to share that we’re looking for a Brand Marketing Lead to join our team at SodaStream Israel, based in Kfar Saba. This is a strategic and hands-on role that touches every part of our brand – from national TV campaigns, influencer collaborations and social media, to in-store visibility and cross-functional coordination. We're looking for someone who thrives on both creativity and execution, and who brings energy, precision, and a passion for brand building. Responsibilities (English) Lead the development and execution of annual brand marketing plans, including TV, digital, social, influencer, PR, and point-of-sale campaigns. Manage the brand end-to-end: from product packaging design to consumer-facing communication. Oversee and collaborate with creative, media, and PR agencies. Work in close matrix with internal stakeholders (Sales, Digital, Product, Global HQ, and more) while maintaining a positive, motivating working dynamic. Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competition; initiate data-driven marketing improvements. Ensure brand consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all touchpoints. Track and report performance against KPIs, ensuring alignment with business goals. Qualifications (English) Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or Business – required. MBA – a plus. Minimum of 4 years' experience in brand management within the FMCG industry – required. Proven experience managing advertising agencies, TV campaigns, influencer and digital activity. Strong understanding of retail and social media environments. Excellent collaboration and interpersonal communication skills. High attention to detail and brand consistency. A creative thinker with strong business orientation and KPI focus. Fluent in Hebrew and English.
