As a Social Video Producer, you will be responsible for creating high-impact, short-form video content optimized for platforms like TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and Instagram. You’ll work closely with the Art Director to ensure visual cohesion and storytelling impact, and with the Audience Insights team to ensure content is grounded in what resonates most with learners. You’ll take ideas from concept through post-production—turning scripts and briefs into engaging, culturally relevant videos that drive connection and action.

**Responsibilities**
+ Produce and edit short-form social videos tailored to TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and Instagram Reels.
+ Collaborate with the Art Director to bring a consistent visual identity and motion design approach to content.
+ Translate insights from the Audience Insights team into creative concepts that resonate with priority learner segments.
+ Work cross-functionally with social strategy, copy, and community teams to storyboard, script, and refine video narratives.
+ Lead post-production workflows including editing, motion graphics, audio, and platform-specific optimizations.
+ Stay ahead of video trends, platform shifts, and emerging creative formats to bring innovative ideas to the table.
+ Maintain quality and consistency across videos, ensuring accessibility, clarity, and brand alignment.

**Qualifications**
**Required/Minimum Qualifications**
+ Vocational qualification or higher education degree (e.g., Bachelor's Degree) AND/OR 2+ years direct or indirect experience in Learning and Development, relevant technical roles, business development, field or sales, human resources (HR), customer success, collection management, research/restoration evaluation, industry, or program/project management
+ OR equivalent experience.
+ 2+ years of experience with video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar).
+ 2+ years of experience creating and editing social media content for large customer brands.
**Additional or Preferred Qualifications**
+ Vocational qualification or higher education degree (e.g., Bachelor's Degree) AND 4+ years experience in Learning and Development, relevant technical roles, business development, field or sales, human resources (HR), customer success, collection management, research/restoration evaluation, industry, or program/project management
+ OR equivalent experience.
+ Microsoft Fundamentals, Coaching (e.g., International Coaching Federation), Project and/or Program Management Professional, archival, or a similar certificate.
+ Demonstrates commitment to career development and continuous or consistent learning through formal and informal efforts (e.g., change management, design thinking, management training, online courses).
+ Understanding of platform-native storytelling techniques and practices for short-form video.
+ Experience collaborating with creative, brand, and strategy teams in fast-paced environments.
+ Visual instincts and attention to detail from concept to final delivery.
Integrated Learning IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $76,800 - $151,900 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $100,800 - $168,000 per year.
