Education and Certifications Required\:

Social Service Work diploma Current Member (in good standing) of the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers. Current CPR certificate (Basic Rescuer) Clear Criminal background (Police) clearance with Vulnerable sector screening Valid driver's license, auto insurance and reliable vehicle & must carry two million dollars in automobile insurance coverage if utilizing a personal vehicle for appointments.

Experience\:

Possess general computer skills with access to a computer with appropriate password protection and internet capabilities. Minimum of two years of community-based therapy experience (preferred).

Other Skills and Abilities\:

Exceptional interpersonal skills;  Ability to work independently and lead a team;  Excellent report writing and communication skills;  Able to remain calm under pressure and role model composure Solid knowledge of the principles, practices, and methods of community care and service delivery.
