Job Description:  The Social Service Director is responsible for identifying the medically related psychosocial needs of residents and providing services to meet those needs.  The Social Service Director will address residents' intellectual, developmental, emotional, spiritual and social functioning so that each resident can attain or maintain the highest level of psycho-social functioning and well-being possible. Families will also be offered services in that their positive and continued involvement may be critical to the resident’s quality of life.
