Social Responsibility Lead- Student Position

If so, let’s talk. **Your role and responsibilities** We are looking for a student to support the coordination and execution of IBM’s CSR initiatives in Israel, with a strong focus on IBM SkillsBuild and corporate volunteering. The student will work closely with the CSR Leader for SPGI and local IBM communications and marketing teams to ensure smooth program delivery, stakeholder engagement, and impact activities. A Social responsibility coordinator plans, implements, and manages community relations projects as "IBM SkillsBuild" and others that meet the mission goals of the company. You will be required to lead the IBM social programs in Israel, work with social and government partners, and expand the company's connections and impact while driving the drive end-to-end program execution and delivery of Corporate Social Responsibility programs. As the lead you will be responsible for effective and outcome driven SkillsBuild implementations with our strategic partner organizations. Moreover, the student is required to network with other team members, volunteers and communicate program progress and budgeting. Responsibilities Include: Plan, implement and analyze public relations and marketing strategies that advance the organization's mission and goals. Projects may include event planning, volunteer coordinating, and community outreach programs. Key responsibilities include: * Coordinating IBM SkillsBuild activities with schools and educational partners. * Organizing and facilitating volunteering events and campaigns. * Supporting communications and engagement with IBM employees and external stakeholders. * Managing logistics for school visits to IBM offices. * Tracking impact metrics and preparing reports. * Follow up and understanding on the full project lifecycle with understanding of multiple activities and initiatives at the same time. Including the creation and monitoring of work-plans, and drafting communications, managing prioritization, informing, aligning expectations on scope, goals, and delivery processes. * Understanding of internal process and policies that have significant impact on various programs. **Required technical and professional expertise** * Currently enrolled in a Master’s or PhD program (Marketing, Business, Communications, Social Sciences or related fields). * Strong organizational and project management skills. * Ability to work independently and take initiative. * Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). * Experience with implementing and managing community relations / social resposibility/ educational projects. * Excellent interpersonal communication and writing skills * Excellent teamwork skills and entrepreneur attitude. * Experience in volunteering or working with NGOs is a plus. * Comfortable working in a hybrid/virtual environment. * Fluent in English.
