The primary responsibility of this role of this individual is to drive social media best practices for a growing casino brand that does not follow the status quo and wants to stand out of the crowd. This position will require in depth knowledge of social media best practices: building paid campaigns and budget management, tracking, optimizing, and reporting on performance, and content ideation. and organic posting strategies from concept, execution and optimizations based on data analysis. 

Responsibilities (Text Only) Where You'll Make an Impact: 
- Be on top of the latest digital marketing trends 
- Support property social media managers with anything from customer care, paid campaigns, and organic content to performance reports 
- Ensure social media best practices and brand standards are being followed 
- Ability to manage social media budgets and report on channel ROI 
- Work closely with the digital marketing manager on strategies, standards, and goals 
- Strong understanding of A/B testing best practices to implement, monitor and analyze results for testing plans across three properties 
- Quarterly audit of social media content of competitors and properties and compile actionable insights 
- Provides monthly analytics reports for CMO and department heads 
- Training of new social media team members on social media tools such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social and Track Maven 
- Collaborate with properties and agencies on monthly content calendars and campaigns (brand awareness, acquisition etc.) 
- Generate content ideas and write copy tailored to drive social media KPI’s 
- Identify and establish KPI’s and benchmarks for the Company 
- Provides deployment/creative strategy for Corp. lead initiatives…i.e. Live! Rewards, PlayLive! Online Casino. 
- All other duties as assigned. 
 
Skills to Help You Succeed: 
- News Junkie and trends fan, is a plus 
- Excellent presentation and communication skills 
- Demonstrable social media platform prowess and content generation experience 
- Positive attitude, detailed, and customer oriented 
- Strong multitasker and a go getter work ethic 
- Previous gaming or hospitality experience is a plus 
- Experience with other aspects of marketing, such as customer growth and promotion, is a plus 
- Facebook Blueprint Certification, is a plus 
- Experience with a Social Media platform such as; Hootsuite or Sprout Social 
- Knowledge of Photoshop preferred 
- Must be able to travel 
  Qualifications

Must-Haves: 

Two (2) plus years’ experience implementing social media strategy, managing campaigns and driving ROI for a high-volume business or industry, preferably Casino Gaming. A 4-year degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. Ability to work extended hours across all shifts in a 24/7 work environment. You will be exposed to an alcohol and smoking environment and must be able to work in such environment.  Must have the ability to secure and maintain licensure as required by Virginia Gaming Control Board or any other applicable regulatory entity as may be required to perform assigned duties, or as required by Live’s operating standards.
