**Job Description**
Hybrid role: This position requires to work 3 days on site 2 days at home remote on a full-time basis
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES**
+ Assist in the planning, creation, and execution of campaigns, including digital and social media, ensuring content is inclusive and resonates with target audiences
+ Oversee the day-to-day management of social projects, ensuring timelines are met, budgets are adhered to, POs are created and managed, and goals are achieved.
+ Work closely with creative excellence team and agencies to develop compelling social copy, visuals, and other content that aligns with the brand’s voice and objectives.
+ Conduct research to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitor activities, providing insights to inform advertising strategies.
+ Liaise with external vendors, such as agencies and production companies, to ensure smooth execution of advertising activities.
+ Assist in managing the production budget, tracking expenditures, and ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
+ Ensure all advertising materials comply with legal standards, industry regulations, and brand guidelines.
+ Partner with agency Project Management/Account teams, to lead the definition of deliverables and project schedules
+ Track and manage talent, music and licensing rights
+ Implement and adhere to GM process and enforce it within the team and agency partners
+ Oversee and authorize purchase orders (POs) as part of managing marketing campaigns
+ Monitor and uphold project budgets to ensure financial adherence and efficiency
+ Verify that project briefs are approved and align with budget

**ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field
+ 5+ years of marketing experience required
+ Strong project management abilities with attention to detail
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Proficiency in advertising platforms, digital marketing tools, and analytics software
+ Creative thinking with a strong understanding of branding and visual communication.
+ Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
+ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions, coupled with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement
+ Experience with both traditional and digital advertising channels.
