**Overview**
The Senior Social Media Executive is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing social media strategies across multiple platforms to strengthen brand presence, drive engagement, and support marketing objectives. This role combines creativity, content planning, and analytics to deliver impactful campaigns while mentoring junior team members.
**Responsibilities**
+ Plan, create, and manage social media content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.).
+ Develop and execute social media strategies that align with overall brand and campaign goals.
+ Manage day-to-day social media operations, including content scheduling, posting, and community management.
+ Monitor social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep brand content relevant and engaging.
+ Track and analyze performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve campaigns.
+ Collaborate with creative, content, and account teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
+ Manage paid social campaigns (if applicable) to boost reach and performance.
+ Guide and mentor junior social media executives/coordinators.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
+ 3–5 years of experience in social media management, preferably in an agency or fast-paced environment.
+ Strong knowledge of social media platforms, content strategies, and analytics tools.
+ Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
+ Creative mindset with attention to detail and visual storytelling.
+ Experience with social media advertising and performance optimization is a plus.
+ Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts/projects simultaneously.
