A day in the life.

As a Social Media Marketing Designer  you will:

Help ensure brand and cultural consistency for all marketing communication materials.Serve as a communications resource to a variety of teams including, Events, HR, Recruiting and others as assigned.Partner with marketing, web, social media, and communications teams to ensure design and content works in harmony across print and digital channels and meets design and brand standards.Partner with internal communications to create, monitor and update all culturally-focused social media outlets to engage and inspire employees and frequently recognize them.Educate colleagues on social media best practices to enhance our sales team efforts and encourage all employees to serve as brand ambassadors.Oversee the company’s social media, including but not limited to the technology platform, training, reporting, promotion, email creation, and brainstorming ideas to elevate the program.Demonstrate proficiency of all social media online tools such as: Advocacy, LinkedIn, Facebook.Stay abreast of cutting-edge ideas in search and digital media marketing.Help to analyze traffic and campaign success; presents findings, brainstorms strategy changes and identifies cross promotion opportunities to the marketing team regularly.

We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:

Minimum of +3 years experience in graphic design, composition, color theory and typography is required.BA/BS degree in fine art, graphic is preferred.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite  (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), PowerPoint, Word, HTML and OFT capabilitiesSkilled communicator, especially across different locations via email, phone and video.Strong portfolio of individual and collaborative workHigh proficiency with personal computers and Microsoft Office applications (i.e., Word, Excel and PowerPoint) with the ability to operate standard office equipment. Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities.Demonstrated ability to resolve problems and present results neatly, with clarity and precision in oral and written form.Demonstrated ability to develop, plan, and implement short- and long-range goals.Experience in photography and operation of digital SLR cameras strongly preferred.Strong customer service skills, positive attitude and ability to work well with clients and internal teams.  Self-motivated and quality oriented.Ability to function under multiple deadlines to achieve individual and department goals.Ability to travel occasionally for overnight trips covering areas both in and out of state.Ability to extend work hours occasionally due to attendance and participation at networking and industry functions that may extend well into the evening.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $53,300 to $93,200.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
