Have you got experience speer-heading social campaigns and content creation across some big brands in Japan?We are seeking a strategic, hands on and data-driven Social Media Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts, optimize our social media presence, and drive meaningful business results through innovative social media strategies. https://www.instagram.com/p/DHk_zHjh1b4/?img_index=3 Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Social Media PerformanceDevelop and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with overall marketing objectivesContinuously monitor and analyze competitor social media approaches to identify opportunities for differentiation and improvementTrack, report, and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) including: Engagement rates, Audience reach, Follower growth and Conversion metricsPaid Social AdvertisingDesign, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns across multiple platforms, including: LINE, Meta Ads, Youtube Ads and TikTok AdsManage comprehensive advertising strategies focused on: Driving website traffic, generating high-quality leads, increasing conversion rates or driving awareness.Implement sophisticated bidding approaches to maximize return on investment (ROI)Conduct rigorous A/B testing on: Ad creatives, Ad copy and Landing page designsAnalyze campaign performance data to generate actionable insightsReporting and Stakeholder CommunicationGenerate comprehensive monthly performance reports w. key achievements, challenges, and future opportunitiesPresent data-driven insights and recommendations to internal stakeholdersQualificationsNative-level Japanese language required as well as good English skills3-5 years of experience in social media marketingProven track record of managing successful paid social media campaignsAdvanced analytical skills with ability to derive strategic insights from complex data setsStrong understanding of digital marketing metrics and performance optimizationBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferredIf you’re passionate about creating and implementing social campaigns, experimenting with new ideas, and leveraging data to drive results, we’d love to hear from you.Note that this is an in-office opportunity, and that some regional travel might be required.
