Responsibilities:
Strategy Development:
Support development and implementation of comprehensive social media strategies aligned to business goals.
Help identify and set measurable objectives for each platform.
Content Scheduling:
Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting.
Content Creation and Curation:
Create, curate, and manage engaging content (text, images, videos, and stories) across all social media platforms.
Maintain brand voice and tone in all content.
Platform Management:
Oversee the company’s presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, and others.
Monitor platform performance and make data-driven optimizations.
Analytics and Reporting:
Track and analyze social media metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, traffic) to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
Generate regular performance reports and present actionable insights.
Trend Monitoring:
Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure continuous improvement and innovation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with business lines and other internal teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.
Advertising Campaigns:
Plan, launch, and manage paid social media campaigns.
Set budgets, define target audiences, and optimize campaign performance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or related field.
4+ years of experience in social media management.
4+ years with Google Analytics and other data analysis tools.
Strong understanding of major social media platforms and tools.
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
Strong collaborative style, with an execution and results-oriented focus.
Experience with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) as plus.
