The role we’re hiring for is to lead and supervise the markets corporate social media for PMI markets globally. This includes setting up corporate social media framework, guidelines, supervising community management operations, upskilling markets on use of social media and conducting trainings for those markets managing it locally and reporting insights.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

A candidate with University Degree (at least Bachelor’s degree)4-6 years of experience in leading social media teams and operations Leading and supervising social media teams and agencies especially community management Comfortable around numbers, metrics and experience in reportingAbility to conduct social listening will be a plusProficiency in social media management tools, preferably SprinklrAbility to build partnerships and work with multiple stakeholders

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

 

Establish and operate the Social Media Framework for PMI Social Media market accountsSupervise operations of social media centralized community management (CCM) teamDevelop strategies to drive performance and increase engagement across platforms Stay up to date with social media trends and identify and address gaps in market strategies Forecast social media traffic to propose resource planning and team optimizationsCreate and maintain a central repository for all information on corporate social media operations and guidesLiaise with markets to ensure services provided globally are in-line with local needsWork with the Sprinklr on-site and off-shore team to ensure operations run smoothly, updations made as needed, and lead when troubleshooting is requiredCreate reports on performance impact and operations as needed  Ability to conduct social listening and establish insights is a plus
