Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media & Digital Presence Specialist to manage and grow the online presence of our nursing home company. Reporting to the Director of Communication, this role will be responsible for developing and executing digital strategies that showcase our commitment to quality care, highlight the culture of our communities, and engage with families, residents, staff, and local communities. The ideal candidate will blend creativity with strong communication skills, while ensuring all digital content aligns with healthcare compliance standards and company values. The position requires a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field plus a minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing. Some travel to meetings and Nexion facilities is required.
