A day in the life.
This position is a hybrid position based out of any of our offices.
The Social Media Coordinator is responsible for creating and maintaining our online brand presence across a variety of platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. Candidate will research marketing trends, craft and manage original content on each relevant platform, encourage audience engagement, and lead regional social media training. They will work closely with members of the marketing team to identify appropriate and timely content for the social media platforms geared towards thought leadership and brand culture to increase channel growth through visitor and follower engagement.
As our Social Media Coordinator on the Business Services Group team, you’ll
Assist in the development and management of a results-driven social media marketing strategyDevelop and curate engaging written, video, and photo content for social media platformsMaintain national brand standards and social media policy across various social media channelsSource and distribute shareable thought leadership, promotional news, etc., in weekly internal newsletters for colleague use across social platformsAttend onsite and offsite events and produce live social media contentTrain internal colleagues in social media best practices and policiesOversee internal digital signage platform to support regional initiativesCollaborate with the marketing team to create a social media calendarMonitor social media channels for industry trendsInteract with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and commentsReview analytics and create reports on key metricsOur future colleague.
We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:
Min. 2 years of professional experience with B2C social media marketing or content developmentTop-notch oral, verbal, and written communication and social listening skillsProficiency with photography, photo editing tools (Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or similar), and digital media formatsDirect experience using social media management toolsExperience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)Ability to understand historical, current, and future trends in the digital content and social media spaceImpeccable time management skills with the ability to multitaskDetail-oriented approach with ability to work under pressure to meet deadlinesHighly collaborative and team-oriented with a willingness to work cross-departmentallyReceives and responds to feedback with a willingness to learnTravel Requirement (up to 25%)These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:
