WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

A candidate with strong written communication skills in English and PortugueseMultilingual abilities are a plusAbility to stay calm and professional when handling difficult or sensitive interactionsFamiliarity with a social media management tool, ideally SprinklrExperience in managing social media communities will be preferredDetail-oriented with a focus on accuracy Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders

Monitor and respond to messages on our social media platforms in a timely mannerMaintain the voice and tone of PMI while adapting to the contextIdentify and escalate complex issues and potential risks to relevant internal teams Ensure all messages are tagged appropriately and follow the guidance provided Recommend updates to the response guide based on past interactionsAssist in scheduling and posting content on social media platforms
