Role


This recently established role in the Marketing team, you will have experience devising social media strategy, across multiple platforms, channels and pages. You will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to grow our reach and engagement against objectives set by the Head of Marketing. You will collaborate with the wider team to deliver successful campaigns and projects for our nationwide venues, artists, shows, tours, promoters and partners.


About You

Significant and demonstrable experience in a strategic social media role, focussing on music, brand, agency media or entertainmentExtensive knowledge and understanding of all social media platforms including deep understanding of analyticsOutstanding and innovative editorial expertiseA track record in content creation, using editorial, photography and video to engage with online audiencesGood awareness of PR, marketing and community managementSkilled in developing fan-bases and moderation techniquesExperienced in a fast-paced, creative environmentProficient in social reporting tools for extracting and reporting insightCompetent in editing tools and optimising formats for social media platformsBrand management experienceHigh level communication skillsStrong project management and people skills

What You’ll be Doing

Devise, implement and evaluate social media strategies and campaigns for shows, tours, events, venues and ad hoc projectsLive management of Social and Content ExecutiveCollaborate with the Head of Marketing and align with department leads (PR, digital marketing, design, marketing), regional marketing managers, promoters, partners, ticketing services and agencies to deliver a fully integrated content-driven plan, increase ticket sales and optimise commercial and promotional impactPlan, review and strategise daily/weekly/monthly content across multiple platformsOwn and curate calendar management, content creationCommunicate plans to internal marketing and PR leadsMaximise engagement and growth with our communitiesMonitor reach of all our social media channelsImplement effective processes to ensure smooth and timely delivery of assets to channelsEnsure a consistently high-quality outputProduce and distribute regular (daily/weekly/monthly) reporting and analysis of all social media data with benchmarking to shape our strategyConduct social listening and monitoring to understand brand sentiment and to inform future campaignsImprove channel engagement and performancePresent and review the social media strategy to the Head of Marketing, department leads and key stakeholders on a regular basisDeliver robust campaigns to grow social communities, increase purchase intent and ticket salesInput and adhere to the correct tone-of-voice and style guide when delivering on-brand content across all channelsEnsure that social communities are actively managed, with customer queries answered swiftly and escalated where necessaryEstablish KPIs and metrics to measure the success of content and campaignsIdentity and communicate key marketing trends and insights, cultural moments and new and emerging channelsActively contribute to the Group’s communications and marketing strategyProactively monitor the competitor landscapeEducate internal teams around best practice social media strategies, commercial tactics, new formats and contentWork closely with the marketing team for all paid-for activity and audience targetingSupport the Head of Marketing with the overall brand experienceWork with external agencies and internal development teams as required
