Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-savvy Social Media Analyst to lead performance reporting, campaign analysis, and content operations across our social media channels. This role is critical to helping the team understand what’s working, optimize strategy, and ensure flawless execution of both organic and paid social content.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Reporting & Performance AnalysisDevelop and deliver recurring reports, including:
48-hour performance snapshots
Monthly social media reports
Quarterly business reviews
Ad-hoc reporting as requested by internal teams or clients
Monitor client chat and internal channels for day-to-day data and reporting needs
Collect, clean, and aggregate data from social and paid media platforms (e.g., Sprinklr, Facebook/Instagram Insights, TikTok Analytics, YouTube Analytics)
Analyze metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth, click-through rates, and conversions to extract meaningful insights
Evaluate campaign performance against KPIs and industry benchmarks
Provide actionable recommendations to optimize content, strategy, and investment
Collaborate with stakeholders to connect social media performance to broader business outcomes and ROI
2. Media Asset Trafficking (Organic & Paid)Input content into the social calendar, including all creative elements (copy, links, cover images, etc.)
For paid posts, maintain trafficking documents by campaign (e.g., C&C, Summer Pulse, Holiday), ensuring timing aligns with best practices and creator contracts
Deliver final creative assets to media and community teams for scheduling and deployment
Partner with the paid media team to ensure on-time content launches
Help troubleshoot any technical or delivery issues related to asset formatting or platform limitations
3. Content Planning & Scheduling SupportMaintain the master social content calendar (e.g., Master Pro and Captain’s Deck), keeping all posts current and aligned with broader campaign strategy
Transfer approved copy, links, and media assets from planning decks into production calendars
Proactively communicate content issues or roadblocks (e.g., missing approvals, audio licensing needs) to relevant team members
Qualifications:2–4 years of experience in social media analytics, marketing operations, or digital reporting
Strong analytical skills with fluency in key performance metrics and tools (e.g., Sprinklr, native platform analytics)
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to synthesize complex data into concise, actionable insights
Familiarity with paid social workflows and campaign performance measurement
Clear communicator with a collaborative approach to cross-functional teamwork
Tools & Platforms:
Sprinklr, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, YouTube Studio
Excel/Google Sheets (advanced functions like pivot tables, vlookups, etc.)
Slack, SharePoint, and internal trafficking/project management tools
Experience with media planning documents and trafficking trackers preferred
