About the Role:

We’re looking for a proactive and creative Social Media Account Executive with 2 years of experience

to help shape and execute the brand's digital voice. This role goes beyond just posting—it's about

working closely with key brand stakeholders to define social strategy, create engaging content, and

build a strong online presence.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside brand stakeholders to co-create platform-specific strategies and content plans

• Ideate, draft, and publish thumb-stopping content across social media platforms, etc.

• Support content creation — including writing captions, suggesting visual directions, and

coordinating with design teams

• Monitor performance and use insights to refine content and drive engagement and generate

reports basis the same with stakeholders involved from data team.

• Keep a pulse on social trends, pop culture, and platform updates to keep content relevant and

fresh

Requirements

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience managing brand social media channels

• Strong understanding of platform algorithms, audience behavior, and content formats

• Creative mindset with basic copywriting and visual communication sense

• Experience using tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Hootsuite, etc.

• Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate ideas clearly
