A global social media agency is seeking an experienced, French-native Account Director to lead local market strategy and client relationships for a major automotive client in France.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead social strategy and ensure high-quality delivery across all touchpoints. Act as the primary contact for French stakeholders, fostering strong, collaborative partnerships. Coordinate meetings, manage timelines, and proactively resolve issues with both clients and internal teams. Oversee a team of Paris-based freelancers, ensuring market-relevant content and community building. Travel monthly to Paris to strengthen client relationships and support local execution. Monitor scope, resourcing, time tracking, and performance reporting.

Requirements:

Native French speaker, fluent in English, and based in London 4+ years’ experience in client services within an agency setting Strong client relationship and project management skills Proven ability to lead teams and drive quality social-first work Solid understanding of social strategy, content, and media execution Track record in account growth and retention
