Position: Social Impact Director
Divison: Central Services
Program: Administration
General Overview: This role develops a strategy to foster a respectful, values-driven, and collaborative culture. It aligns policies with core values, supports inclusive staff learning, and promotes transparency and dignity in the workplace. The position also builds strong community connections to ensure services meet local needs. It tracks progress, advises leadership, and uses feedback to guide improvements and strengthen relationships across the organization.
Qualifications: Over 5 years leadership in nonprofit management, CSR, public policy, and community organizing. Skilled in relationship building, program development, and data-driven decision-making. Strong communicator with proven public representation. Passionate about equity and social impact. Thrive in dynamic, fast-paced settings while managing multiple priorities.
Salary Range: Full-Time
Hours: $55,000-$70,000, annually.
