**Job Description**
Play a key role in supporting our social media mission to Ignite play every day! Join us in building social content that drives connections with our global audience.
**Core responsibilities**
+ Responsible for supporting the Sr Content Manager in crafting content strategies for global campaigns, giving content guidance and working alongside Editorial Planners to deliver best in class social content
+ Team up with creatives and communication strategists to support the global social team in crafting unforgettable audience experiences
+ Utilize the Global Social Media strategy to create tailored content guidance for various platforms, like YouTube, Instagram, Snapchat and TikTok
+ Contribute to concept development reviews for creative workstreams
+ Work alongside performance specialists to maximize content opportunities and drive engagement

The Global Social Media team plays a vital role in helping the LEGO Group connect with, recruit, and retain audiences through captivating content and meaningful interactions on their favorite platforms. As part of the Direct Consumer Engagement division, they lead the global social media strategy while shaping the vision, direction, and best practices that empower the entire organization.
With a dual focus on attracting new audiences and nurturing loyal fans, the team is dedicated to building authentic relationships that inspire and connect people of all ages to the LEGO brand in lasting and impactful ways.
**Do you have what it takes?**
+ A solid understanding of complex audience behaviours and in-depth knowledge of various social media platforms
+ Copywriting expertise and a keen eye for detail
+ Ability to leverage data-driven insights and social listening to inform and enhance strategic applications
+ Confidence in providing constructive creative feedback to foster collaboration and innovation
+ Strong knowledge of social media platforms
+ Proficient in delivering engaging presentations that captivate stakeholders and convey key messages effectively
+ A genuine passion for social media, coupled with a natural curiosity to explore best practices and break down barriers through innovative approaches
