Overview In the role of a Social Content Creator, you'll be at the forefront of planning, producing, and editing attention-grabbing social content, ranging from bite-sized stories to event coverage and promotional shoutouts. Your responsibilities also include crafting motion graphics, typography, and other elements that align with social best practices, while collaborating closely with a diverse team to brainstorm and conceptualize campaigns and always-on content calendars. Your knack for staying current with social trends and your ability to translate this knowledge into innovative, engaging content will be invaluable. You'll oversee the entire content production process, from storyboarding to final output, and may work with production vendors and freelancers as needed to support the role. Responsibilities Plan, produce, edit and deliver thumb-stopping made-for-social content for campaign amplification and always-on content pillars, ranging from compelling bite-sized stories to event coverage and clever promotional shoutouts. Crafts and edits motion graphics, typography and other static or dynamic elements to create a compelling, high quality final product that’s in line with social best practices. Collaborate with a larger team of creatives, strategists and clients in planning, brainstorming and conceptualising for campaigns or always-on content calendars, with a vision for how social could drive broader objectives be it for brand-building or promotional campaigns as well as always-on content pillars. Empowers the team to move at the speed of (social) culture: Someone who keeps tabs on the latest trends, subcultures, formats and competitive landscape on social platforms, who can translate this understanding into innovative, engaging made-for-social content. Oversee the content production process from the first storyboard to final output, from gathering information and footages, to production coordination. Depending on the project requirements you’ll collaborate with a larger family of creatives, social strategists, producers and clients to complete your projects. Work with production vendors and creative freelancers alongside the creative team as needed to support the role. Qualifications Experience creating thumb-stopping social content. Highly proficient in graphics and editing software. Capable of bridging marketing strategy and creative concepts. QSR brand experience a bonus. Excellent time and project management skills.
