Social Content Creator (2-3 Months) **Employment Type:** Contract/Temp **Date Posted:** 9/10/2025 **Location:** London, UK **Pay Range:** Negotiable **Job Number:** JO-2509-2719 **Primary Function** We are seeking a creative and technically skilled Videographer/Creator to work on-site at our clients offices in London, England. As a part of our in-house Production Team, you’ll come in to help test a new exciting partnership program with global brands to deliver both organic and paid content that stands out on social media and drives brand growth/results. This dual role will see you owning projects end-to-end: from capturing dynamic footage on location/ in studio to crafting platform-optimised edits in post. You should be confident shooting solo or with a small crew, have excellent knowledge of camera and audio equipment, and a deep understanding of what performs across paid and organic social channels. You’ll collaborate closely with producers and creative strategists, and be expected to manage your shoots and edits with speed, quality, and adaptability. This role is a short term contract till end of year with possibility to extend. **Duties & Responsibilities** + Plan and execute shoots across a variety of formats including talking heads, lifestyle b-roll, interviews, podcasts, UGC-style content, and social-first ad campaigns. + Operate cameras, mobile rigs, gimbals, lighting, and sound equipment. + Maintain and troubleshoot camera/audio gear and ensure best-in-class technical setups on shoot days. + Work closely with talent and clients to get authentic, performance-driven footage. + Scout and prep locations when required. + Edit engaging, social-first video content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn — both organic and paid formats. + Build multiple variations for A/B testing and cutdowns for different placements. + Apply graphics, captions, and sound design that align with brand and platform best practices. + Colour grade and audio mix for high-quality delivery. + Manage versioning and delivery workflows in line with fast-paced deadlines. **Skills & Qualifications** + Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices + Creative problem-solver with a passion for bringing ideas to life + An energetic and innovative social content creator, either from a content creator or creative background with experience in creating fast paced social content for brands + Ability to work in an agile environment, including adaptability to shifting priorities and iterative content development **Education & Experience** + Proven expertise concepting engaging content for multiple social channels + Experience producing both lo-fi/mobile and studio-quality productions using mobile-first production equipment and editing apps + Minimum 5+ years of content creation and video production experience. **To Apply** Use the link at the bottom of this page to apply.
