About this opportunity:
Join Ericsson for SOC Lead role, this role is fully accountable for the Service Assurance functions for the contract. This role will work within the scope of the contract and effectively take responsibility for reactive, preventative & predictive maintenance of the Service. It is a customer-facing role and will also be a key interface towards the Ericsson Service Delivery Units (SDU) to secure the Operational Performance.
What you will do:
- The overall E2E responsible and accountable for availability management, Service Assurance, resilience and reliability of the Service. Measuring continual Service Performance and capacity of the Service and driving actions through the Ericsson Service Delivery Units (SDU) or delivery flows.
-Responsible and accountable for event, incident, problem and changes to an existing Service. Includes operational acceptance of a New Service and termination of an existing service.
-Accountable for business continuity and disaster recovery of an existing service. Identifying risks and driving actions through Service Line.
-Managing the ML, AI and automation for data analytics, to an existing service and driving actions through the delivery flows.
-Support the Service Operations Governance both internally and with the customer for the Service Performance in the contract, to also include Program & Demand Management
-Seek customer approval for problem solutions that depends on customer acceptance or action, and negotiate penalties exception in case of customer nonacceptance
Managed Services Delivery
-Accountable for operational and financial performance in accordance with the WLA, covering both service delivery performance and customer's infrastructure performance
-Close interaction with the Service Owner for the specific customer/s and MSCOO
-Accountable for productivity, efficiency and automation within delivery unit responsible for specific service delivery
-Approve and support improvement plans that require multi delivery units’ initiatives
Analytics, Automation Design & Modelling
-Participate in understanding and brainstorming business scenarios with available data to arrive at applicable use cases that can be applied to the Service
-Lead the discussion on the success criteria for use case creation using the available data to drive automation and contribute to the financial and Service impact on the contract
The skills you bring:
-Bachelor's degree or higher in ECE, IT, CS (B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech, Full-time).
-13+years of relevant industry experience.
-Must have End-to-End Project Management and Delivery experience, Initiation to completion, ensuring successful delivery outcomes.
-Should have experience of network performance KPIs and be skilled in assessing and optimizing performance metrics.
-Expertise in optimizing network performance and service KPI'S and managing customer.
-Experience in visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
-Ability to identify service degradation and translate it into impact analysis.
-Impacts a range of customer, operational, project or service activities within own team and other related teams; works within broad guidelines and policies
-Excellent ability to communicate effectively and present information clearly to stakeholders.
-Capable of analyzing service degradation, identifying root causes, and collaborating with Problem Management for long-term solutions.
