Position Description
We are seeking a seasoned marketing leader with a comprehensive B2B and B2C background to lead our marketing initiatives in the ANZ region. Reporting to the Vice President, Global Consumer Marketing, this pivotal role will be responsible for driving growth, ensuring alignment between Provider and Consumer marketing efforts, and building on ANZ's internal reputation as a pioneer in consumer-centric marketing. Success in this role requires exceptional leadership skills, proven excellence in partnering with commercial teams to drive enterprise value. Influencing skills will be a critical enabler for the successful candidate, managing many and varied relationships with key stakeholders including regional and global teams such as Communications, Creative and Digital, Product and Revenue. Let's Talk About Responsibilities
Partner with revenue, product and marketing colleagues to lead and shape impactful consumer marketing efforts, setting a new standard for our industry in terms of reaching and converting consumers across the entire funnel
Own, lead, craft, and execute the ANZ health consumer marketing strategy in accordance with commercial objectives, clearly linking budget and resource deployment to business impact
Design and execute comprehensive multi-channel consumer marketing campaigns for the ANZ market, setting clear channel KPIs and building our knowledge database for future marketing initiatives
Partner closely with colleagues in Provider Marketing, Brand, Comms pods and delivery functions to bring a comprehensive approach to key initiatives such as product launches, brand campaigns, consumer- or provider-led efforts
Partner closely with the revenue team in support of sales objectives for all channels, including Direct To Consumer (retail, e-comm and consumer care centres)
Lift overall awareness and lead generation for ANZ
Evaluate marketing effectiveness and report at regular intervals on performance and learnings
Own media investments and effectiveness, partnering with agencies and partner with marketing analytics colleagues to measure, understand and improve these investments
Proactively suggest partnerships and other sources of lead generation
Contribute proactively to the global Resmed consumer marketing efforts outside your immediate market and region
Present confidently and with passion to elevate the organisations understanding of the consumer marketing function as a contributor to Resmed’s success
Let's Talk About Qualifications and Experience
Required:
A minimum of 8 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful omnichannel marketing strategies with demonstrated real-world impact.
Experience leading a small team
Strong business acumen and analytical skills to assess market opportunities and ROI.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare, or a related field (Master’s degree a plus)
Experience working in global matrixed organizations
