Overview Base wages PLUS a seasonal loyalty bonus! The SnowSports Admin Supervisor plays a vital role in supporting the daily operations and long-term success of The Summit's SnowSports School. Come work and play at Seattle’s home mountain, The Summit at Snoqualmie. Located an hour from Seattle, at the junction where the Pacific Crest Trail crosses Interstate 90. With summer activities ramping up with spectacular Mountain Biking trails and Scenic Lift Rides, there is lots to do all year long. Responsibilities Job duties may include, but are not limited to: Assist in recruiting and onboarding seasonal staff; act as a liaison with Human Resources throughout the employment cycle. Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring the accurate entry and maintenance of employee records and personal data. Oversee the distribution and management of uniform inventory for all SnowSports personnel. Supervise and train front desk and point-of-sale (POS) staff, ensuring consistent service and operational standards. Administer payroll for the SnowSports School and Race Department (if applicable), ensuring timely and accurate submission. Qualifications What we are looking for: Ability to prioritize high value, high leverage projects, over lower priority tasks to deliver within a lively, and often chaotic, environment. While NOT mandatory, proficient level of skill in using Siriusware will be favored. Ability to work independently with a minimum amount of supervision. Ability to evolve, adapt and change. All individuals may contribute to the 401(k). An employee must work 1,000 hours in a calendar year to qualify for the discretionary match (there is a 2 year vesting cliff). All individuals accrue sick time at 1 hour per 40 hours worked to a maximum of 64 hours per year.
