Overview Our Snow Removal Crew plays a critical role in guest safety and first impressions across Big Sky Resort. This is one of the most impactful and respected teams on property—responsible for ensuring our walkways, plazas, and high-traffic areas are safe, clear, and accessible for thousands of guests every day. This role is ideal for early risers, team players, and those who don’t mind putting in physical work outside while surrounded by some of the most breathtaking mountain views in the world. Positive attitude and reliability are key.
