Job Description

 

Manage and optimize solder paste printing processes, including stencil design and screen printer setupMonitor and maintain reflow profile parameters to ensure optimal soldering qualityTroubleshoot and resolve printing-stage issues including solder paste deposit, stencil alignment, and print qualityOversee wave soldering processes and implement improvements to reduce defectsImplement and utilize quality tools to identify process issues and maintain production standardsTrain production staff on proper process procedures and techniquesAnalyse process data to identify trends and implement corrective actionsDevelop and maintain process documentation and work instructionsSupport new product introduction and process qualification activitiesCollaborate with production and quality teams to ensure consistent product quality

QualificationsMinimum 4-5 years of work experience in electronics manufacturing or application support rolesIn-depth knowledge of solder pastes characteristics, behaviour, and application methodsStrong expertise in stencil design, screen printing processes, and printer equipmentComprehensive understanding of reflow soldering processes and profile optimizationDemonstrated experience with wave soldering processes and related troubleshootingProficiency with quality tools and statistical process control methodsProven ability to identify, diagnose, and resolve process-related issuesBachelor's degree in Electronics, Chemical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
