This role involves supervising a team of operators, coordinating production schedules, reporting finished products, following KPI-s, escalating equipment issues, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. **Detailed Description:** + Oversee daily operations of the **Surface Mount Technology (SMT) production line** + Supervise PCBA processes including: + **Selective Soldering** + **Manual Soldering** + **Testing** + **Routing** + Ensure efficient workflow and high-quality output across all production stages + Enforce compliance with **safety** and **quality standards** + Supervise and support a team of production **operators** + **Coordinate production schedules** to meet delivery targets + **Report finished products** and maintain accurate production records + Monitor and follow **Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)** + **Escalate equipment issues** to maintenance or engineering teams + **Train new operators** on procedures, equipment, and safety protocols + Work in **shifts** and ensure smooth handovers between teams + Promote and implement **continuous improvement initiatives** **Requirements:** + **Previous experience managing a team** in the electronics assembly field + Minimum **1 year of experience** working on an SMT production line, preferably as an **SMT** **Product Line Manager** + Strong **problem-solving skills** and ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced production environment + **Hands-on attitude** – willing to work on the production line when needed to achieve results + Demonstrates **leadership by example** and motivates team members + Effective **communication skills** and ability to collaborate with engineers, technicians, and managers + Proficiency in **Estonian and/or English** (good level) + **Russian** at a communication level + Solid **computer skills** , especially in **MS Office** + **Responsible, disciplined, and professional** in conduct **Preferred/Useful Qualifications:** + Educational background or knowledge in **electronics or electrical engineering** + Knowledge of **IPC standards** ; IPC certification is a strong advantage + Experience with **ERP systems** , especially **SAP** Teledyne and all of our employees are committed to conducting business with the highest ethical standards.
