We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our ICT Sales & Marketing team at Stellantis as a Manager with the potential for career advancement opportunities. As part of the ICT Sales & Marketing Operations team, the successful candidate will manage and maintain the SMQA (Sales & Marketing Quality Assurance) process and ensure proper governance in administering it to all Sales & Marketing application teams as they deploy new code/enhancements. This role will not only focus on managing and maintaining the existing SMQA process but also look to expand and evolve our technical & functional testing tools, as well as testing automation tools to increase stability and efficiency within the Sales & Marketing environment.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related degree 5+ years of relevant experience Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor teams towards achieving business and organizational goals and driving continuous improvement Experience in embedded quality practices via continuous integration and continuous delivery In-depth knowledge of testing frameworks, tools, and automation techniques for functional testing, regression testing, performance testing, and security testing Experience with automated testing frameworks and tools, including CI/CD integration using tools like GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, OpenText ALM, OpenText UFT and LoadRunner Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams Understanding of ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira) Ability to define and track key quality metrics, test coverage, and defect rates for the products and services
