This isn’t just a cashier role—this is a guest-facing leadership position. You'll be our first impression, our upsell expert, and the heartbeat of each guest's experience. The most successful team members in this role learn our regulars’ names, memorize their go-to orders, and recommend just the right bundle or smoothie when they’re feeling adventurous or under the weather. Try our Immunity Enhancer bundle—buy two, get one free!”) Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for guests with an enthusiastic, helpful attitude. Deliver a consistently outstanding guest experience—upsell, recommend products, and engage in genuine conversations. Know the menu front-to-back and use that knowledge to help guests meet their health and nutrition goals. Build relationships with our regulars—know their names, their orders, and their favorite smoothies. Maintain a clean and inviting register area, lobby, retail section, and beverage station. Assist in smoothie prep during rushes or as needed to support the team. Perform standard opening/closing duties and complete daily checklists. Live and promote the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie King. Qualifications Excellent people skills—you love chatting with guests and making them feel seen and valued. Strong sales instincts and natural ability to upsell. At least sixteen (16) years of age or older. Experience in customer service, hospitality, or food/retail environments preferred. Able to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends. Energetic, reliable, and passionate about health, wellness, and nutrition. Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure. Commission sales or upselling experience is a major plus. Reliable transportation and phone service. Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass a background check. What We Offer Free smoothies!
